Aspers are something of a new kid on the block, having started around 2005 with their huge Newcastle site, situated in the “Gate” leisure complex.

They haven’t had things all their own way, with the Swansea site failing and now closed, but the Aspers Westfield Casino property is a unique scale in UK casino and is a must-see.

How to Play
- Players purchase tokens from the table.
- Before any cards are dealt, you decide whether to place a bet on Ante and/or on Pair Plus.
- The Dealer then deals three cards to each player
- If you have placed an Ante bet and you believe your hand is high enough to beat the Dealer’s hand, then you can continue to play by placing an additional bet equal to your original Ante bet.
- If you believe your hand will not beat the Dealer’s or you do not have a Pair, then you can fold and your bets will be collected by the Dealer.
- Once all Players have placed a play bet or folded, the Dealer will turn their cards face up. To qualify, the Dealer must have a hand of at least Queen high. If they don’t have a Queen then all Ante, Ante bonus and winning Pair Plus bets are paid.
- If the Dealer qualifies and your hand beats the Dealer’s, then your Ante and Play bets are paid at even money.
Ranking of hands
The ranking of hands in Three Card Poker is different from traditional Poker. In Three Card Poker a Straight beats a Flush and a Three of a Kind beats a Straight.
